Lofree

Lofree sells design objects that happen to be keyboards. Retro typewriter shapes, low-profile aluminium slabs, and — unusually — a keycap catalogue several times larger than its keyboard catalogue: 39 sets against 12 boards.

Read the profile before buying any of them. Lofree's caps use three in-house profiles: Touch at 17.5 mm fits full-height boards, but Flow at 6.3 mm and Edge at 5 mm are low-profile and will not fit a standard MX switch at all. Eleven of the 39 sets are in that category. The keyboards are the most expensive median on the site at $149.99, and the least hackable: five of twelve are hot-swap, none runs QMK or VIA, and only two have RGB. You are buying the object, not the platform.
